Are the videos you downloaded accessible via the app you've been using to download them? If so, they're in the app's isolated storage, hence inaccessible for no matter what other apps you may try and use, even the video app by MS.When I was using the app on wp8.0, all my files can be added to the "music+videos" hub, it can be accessed from the old "new" and "history" part of the hub, it can also be accessed from the app itself. That the app you're using received an update doesn't necessarily mean that support for public folders has been implemented. And so does the video app with videos (if the codec is supported of course). The music app will find any music on your device and sd card, no matter where you put it. Y2Mate is limited to only working with YT and has problems with compatibility across different operating systems.WP 8.1 doesn't even have a music + video hub anymore. YTD has poor download speeds and no batch mechanism in the freemium. It works on all macOS after version 10.6. For security reasons, It has been checked for viruses by VirusTotals and is safe. It also provides a tag editor so you can store your music as you want.

Many free converters are unable to download in bulk like YTD, but MediaHuman can do this. MH can export all the downloads to iTunes. Y2Mate, on the other hand, only can be used for YT.

You can use it for Dailymotion, Vimeo, SoundCloud, and more. YouTube is not the only website it supports. While the user interface is a bit dated, it is easy to use as the main screen carries much of what you need to download and convert videos.

Most other audio converters are based out of a website, like YTD, but MediaHuman (MH) sticks to a downloadable format.

MediaHuman has kept their converter in great shape throughout the years.
